Terms and Conditions: Quotations: i) the quantity of goods has increased Work Excluded from the quote: If a driver concludes that the work cannot be carried out without damage to property or possessions but you (the client) wish for the work to be undertaken you take full responsibility for the damage and therefore waive any right to claim against our insurance. We are a courier and removal company and our drivers are trained to fulfill their job as such. We will not under any circumstances remove any items that require plumbing or any other form of professional disconnection. All items you wish us to remove must be disconnected prior to the move. Payment: Red dragon Couriers is not open to negotiate price once a job has been completed. Full payment is due unless prior discounts have been agreed. European Moves will require a 50% deposit, paid no later than 24hrs prior to date of the move. Any cancelations due to non payment of this deposit will be subject to a £50 cancelation and administration fee. If payment for any of of services is not paid within the agreed terms, Red Dragon Couriers may instruct debt collectors and sell any goods belonging to the debtor to settle the debt which we hold in stock as a main or subcontractor. In the case of goods held as a subcontractor the debtor agrees the main contractor will have no liability over the cost of the goods. Cancellation fees: The quote provided is on the assumption that we will be able to park within 20metres of the pick up point. If we are unable to do so, we reserve the right to revise our quotation. Route Navigation: Insurance: To comply with the insurance terms all goods carried must be suitably protected before pick up by the owner/seller to protect them on the journey. Red Dragon will carry unprotected items at the owners/sellers own risk and will not take responsibility for damage to unpacked items. We will however use blankets, straps and wrap to protect your items. A full packing service is available at £20 per item to bring any unprotected item up to a standard to comply with the insurance needs. In line with the terms of our underwriters, the first £250 (excess charge) of any claim is the customer’s responsibility and will be required in advance to initiate the claim process with our insurance company. Any damage must be reported and verified immediately with the driver who will provide a claim form. You must Red Dragon Couriers of any visible loss, damage or failure to produce any goods at the time of delivery, as we accept no responsibility for loss or damage to property after a job is complete, payment is received and our driver has left the premise.
